How the fee works

How is the 0.1% taken?

Atomically on-chain at settlement. The smart contract splits the payment by basis points, 99.9% to your wallet and 0.1% to Paydex, in a single transaction. It's trustless math, capped at 1% by the contract itself.

What about network (gas) fees?

  • On Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Tron, sending your payout costs real network resources. Your customer covers it: the checkout adds the network fee on top of your price and shows it before they pay.
  • It is priced from the network's live costs with a small margin, and fixed the moment the customer picks the network. We may source those resources more cheaply, for example by leasing Tron energy; the price is calculated the same way.
  • It can never exceed 5% of the payment. The smart contract rejects any larger charge.
  • On Base and Solana it is a fraction of a cent, so nothing is added and we absorb it.
  • Every charge is visible in the settlement transaction.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. There's no monthly fee, no setup fee, and no KYC. You keep custody the entire time and can always self-settle directly against the contract.
